Dear particapants,

I would like to give you some practical information concerning the Autumn NATO Aademy 2008 including your accommodation, weather and reimbursement. Please read this info sheet very carefully; I tried to answer all possible questions you can have.

Place of the Academy All events will take place at the main building of Donetsk National University Universitetskaya str. 24. You can see the map attached to find this building. I hope it won’t be very difficult for you because Donetsk has not so complicated system of streets allocation.

Accommodation On the map and photo attached you can find hotels Donbass-Palace, Central and Liverpool where participants will stay. All rooms will be provided with modern conveniences. All events connected with the Academy will take place in the centre of the city, so it is easy to find all kinds of shops and entertainments there.

The weather in Donetsk during the Academy During the Academy period, the weather in Donetsk will be mostly rainy and partially cloudy. Average temperature during the day time: +5. Concerning your clothing, you can take your warm autumn clothes with you; a rain coat and umbrellas.

Reimbursement of travel costs We will cover 100% of your travel costs; you will be reimbursed in cash at the end of the Academy. To be able to reimburse your travel costs: • Please keep your all invoices and travel tickets (and if possible make invoices in English) • Make necessary copies if you use e-ticket
